Program Year 2017 – Start Delayed to February 2018

Missouri’s State Level Registry (SLR) will open for Program Year 2017 for both Eligible Professionals and Eligible Hospitals beginning February 26, 2018 and will remain open through June 29, 2018.

This delay will allow incorporation of Clinical Quality Measures exclusions and/or exceptions and text changes released in a CMS tool in late 2017.

All participants must attest to Meaningful Use, either Modified Stage 2 or Stage 3 – no attestations will be accepted for AIU (Adopt, Implement or Upgrade).

Eligible Professionals that previously attested and received payment for at least one program year prior to and including 2016 can continue to participate through 2021 or until reaching a full complement of six payments.

Eligible Hospitals that attested and received payment for Program Year 2016 can continue to participate through 2021 or until reaching a full complement of three payments.

If you have questions about whether you qualify for the program or are eligible for additional payments, please contact the SLR help desk at 877-470-1307.

Welcome to the Missouri State Level Registry (SLR) — Provider Outreach Page

As the healthcare landscape continues to modernize, recent legislation was passed to encourage the adoption of Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) technology in documenting patient care. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, beginning in 2011, offers eligible Medicaid providers financial incentives for the implementation and meaningful use of Health Information Technology (HIT) in the management of patient populations.

To streamline the process of applying for these incentives, MO HealthNet (Missouri’s Medicaid program) offers this web portal to centralize national, state and regional links and provide resources for your HIT transition, including the following:

  • A centralized “one-stop” launching pad of available tools for managing your MO HealthNet EHR Incentive information,
  • A secure portal to access the MO HealthNet State Level Registry (SLR),
  • Access to real-time feeds of current HIT news and updates from federal organizations including CMS.

Educate yourself today on the benefits of HIT and be a part of transforming the quality, efficiency and safety of healthcare delivery.
